Hi there. I’m Jiasong (Jason). I am a computer science Ph.D. candidate at the University of Miami, where I am fortunate to be advised by Prof.Liang Liang. My research interests lie at the intersection of deep learning, medical imaging, and biomechanical modeling.

I am particularly motivated by the translational potential of deep learning to improve clinical workflows — enabling more accurate diagnosis, optimized treatment planning, and robust disease monitoring through quantitative and physics-informed modeling. My current research focuses on developing novel machine learning algorithms and computational techniques for medical image analysis.

I expect to complete my Ph.D. in December 2026 and am actively seeking postdoctoral research opportunities. I am especially interested in integrating machine learning with biomechanical modeling, computational medicine, and clinically oriented research.
